**broke out with really bad itchiness so called it a night. It has been a common thing and very frustrating but tonight it was particularly bad, never had to call off a workout because of it. Annoying because tonight I was feeling strong. 2.5 plates had never felt so light and I was ready to put the 50's up on incline dumbbells for the first time.
